How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours on business days. Swiss orders ship from Switzerland, everything else ships from Germany.
After your package has been shipped: Switzerland 1-3 days, Germany and the EU 1-3 days, UK and the rest of Europe 4-7 days, USA and the rest of the world 4-7 days.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein CHF 5, Germany CHF 5, EU CHF 6, UK and the rest of Europe CHF 6, USA and the rest of the world CHF 10. These are flat rates, they do not change with the size of your order. Tracked shipping is CHF 5 extra on any order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery, unworn and with tags. Email support@tim3l3ss.co to start a return. Return postage is yours.
EU customers using their 14 day right of withdrawal also get the standard outbound shipping refunded. Submit it on the Withdrawal page.
How do the sizes fit?
Our pieces are cut relaxed and oversized. Take your usual size for the intended look. Full measurements for every style are in the size guide.
Do you restock?
Drops are limited. Once a piece is gone it is usually gone, unless we open it for preorder. Stay close to the drops.
Will I pay customs or duties?
EU customers: no. We ship EU orders from inside the EU, so there are no import duties or VAT on delivery and nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
Orders to the UK, the USA, non-EU Europe (Norway, Turkey, Serbia and others) and the rest of the world may be charged import duties or VAT on arrival. These are set by your country and paid by you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@tim3l3ss.co within 24h of ordering to change or cancel. Once it has shipped you can return it within 14 days — refund minus shipping.
