How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours on business days to ensure fast delivery. After your package has been shipped: Switzerland 2-3 days, Europe 2-4 days, worldwide 5-10 days.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein ship free. Europe from CHF 7, rest of world from CHF 10. Tracked shipping is CHF 5 extra on any order. Free shipping on orders over CHF 89.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery, unworn and with tags. Email support@tim3l3ss.co to start a return. Refunds are issued minus shipping.
How do the sizes fit?
Our pieces are cut relaxed and oversized. take your usual size for the intended look. Detailed size charts are coming soon.
Do you restock?
Drops are limited. Once a piece is gone it is usually gone, unless we open it for preorder. Stay close to the drops.
Will I pay customs or duties?
We ship from Switzerland, so outside Switzerland (including the EU) import duties or VAT may apply on delivery. paid by the buyer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@tim3l3ss.co within 24h of ordering to change or cancel. Once shipped, you get a refund minus shipping.
