Return process

5. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the items

Refunds go to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order. We can't guarantee exchange availability due to our limited drop model.

Our pieces are cut relaxed and oversized. Take your usual size for the intended fit.

Each product page has detailed measurements specific to that piece.

If you're between sizes, size down for a more fitted look or stick with your usual size for the relaxed cut.

Care

Our products are made from carefully selected, high-quality materials. To keep them looking right, follow these care instructions:

• Wash at 30 degrees, inside out
• Use mild detergent
• No bleach or harsh chemicals
• Hang to dry, no tumble dryer
• Iron on low temperature if needed, never on prints

Material composition is listed on each product page. Review carefully if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

All products are released in limited drops. Each drop is exclusive and available only while supplies last.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and refuse orders at our sole discretion.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are automatically converted to your local currency by Shopify at checkout based on current exchange rates. The final amount charged will be in your local currency.

Accepted payment methods: Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Twint.

Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide to selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to your location.

Non-returnable items: sale items, items without original tags or packaging, items showing signs of wear or damage.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
