Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Timeless Duodu. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

To start a return, contact us at support@tim3l3ss.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Gift cards

• Downloadable products (if any)

• Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and not eligible for return.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

SHIPPING COSTS You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS For customers outside of Switzerland:

• Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional customs charges.
