We ship worldwide to selected countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently ship there.

Processing time

We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours on business days to ensure fast delivery.

Delivery times

After your package has been shipped, the following delivery times apply:

Switzerland: 2-3 days
Europe: 2-4 days
Worldwide: 5-10 days

Shipping costs

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: free (tracked CHF 5)
Europe: CHF 7 up to 2 kg, CHF 17 from 2 kg, CHF 22 from 5 kg
Rest of world: CHF 10 up to 2 kg, CHF 22 from 2 kg

Tracked shipping is available on every order for CHF 5 on top of the rates above.

Free shipping on all orders over CHF 89 (Europe and worldwide).

Delivery times are estimates only. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees that may apply at delivery. These are determined by your country's regulations and aren't included in product or shipping costs.
