Shipping policy

Swiss orders ship from Switzerland. All other orders ship from Germany. We ship worldwide to selected countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently ship there.

Processing time

We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours on business days.

Delivery times

After your package has been shipped, the following delivery times apply:

Switzerland: 1-3 days
Germany and the EU: 1-3 days
UK and the rest of Europe: 4-7 days
USA and the rest of the world: 4-7 days

Shipping costs

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: CHF 5
Germany: CHF 5
EU: CHF 6
UK and the rest of Europe: CHF 6
USA and the rest of the world: CHF 10

These are flat rates. They do not change with the weight or the size of your order.

Tracked shipping is available on every order for CHF 5 on top of the rates above.

Delivery times are estimates only. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Customs and import duties

EU customers pay nothing on delivery. We ship EU orders from inside the EU, so no import duties or VAT are charged when your parcel arrives.

Orders to the UK, the USA, non-EU Europe and the rest of the world may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are determined by your country's regulations, are paid by the customer, and aren't included in product or shipping costs.
