These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from TIM3L3SS. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

All products are part of limited drops with no restocks. Once sold out, items will not be reproduced. Each drop is exclusive and available only while supplies last.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and refuse orders at our sole discretion.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are automatically converted to your local currency by Shopify at checkout based on current exchange rates. The final amount charged will be in your local currency.

Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. Your account will be charged at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Shipping Locations: We ship worldwide to selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Switzerland: 2-3 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs:
- Switzerland: Free shipping on all orders
- Europe: Free shipping on orders over CHF 200, otherwise CHF 15
- Rest of World: Shipping costs calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. TIM3L3SS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Customs and Import Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees that may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority. These charges are determined by your country's regulations and are beyond our control. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely unused
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- You must contact us first at support@tim3l3ss.co to request a return authorization number
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, discounted products, and items marked as final sale
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items damaged due to improper use or care

Return Process:
1. Contact support@tim3l3ss.co within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship items back to the provided address with tracking
5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee availability of exchange items due to our limited drop model.
